Con un espíritu moderno que se suma al propósito de mantener altivas las formas tradicionales de la música instrumental colombiana, el Trío Palosanto completa tres décadas de trayectoria musical. En este camino, ha logrado un indiscutible reconocimiento en el ámbito de las cuerdas pulsadas y música de cámara, resultado de su exitosa participación en certámenes de música andina colombiana, donde además de obtener palmares como agrupación, también han sido reconocidos individualmente como principales intérpretes en cada uno de sus respectivos instrumentos.
Fabián Forero Trío
Fabián Forero es bandolista, arreglista, compositor y director colombiano. Luego de realizar estudios en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia y la Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá, recibe en 2000 la titulación en instrumentos de plectro de parte del Ministerio de Educación español, bajo la tutoría del maestro Jorge Casanova Madrid. Ha realizado giras de conciertos en Europa, Asia y el continente americano, así como diversas producciones discográficas con los tríos “Pierrot”, “Opus 3”, y el “Quarteto Colombiano”, entre numerosas de carácter colectivo. Recientemente, ha producido dos nuevos trabajos discográficos, para el Patronato Colombiano de Artes y Ciencias, y con el reconocido tenor César Augusto Gutiérrez. Fue ganador, con el Trío Pierrot, del “Gran Premio Mono Núñez”, en 1986.
